How Does UpBlick Work?
Getting StartedUpBlick connects your business, customers, customer feedback, and Google Reviews in one review and customer engagement workflow.
It helps you ask for feedback, understand the customer experience, follow up consistently, and use what you learn to improve your business.
The UpBlick review journey
A typical customer review journey is:
Business → Customer → UpBlick Feedback → Customer Insight → Google Review
UpBlick acts as the bridge in this journey. It does not replace Google Reviews or change your Google Business Profile.
How UpBlick works step by step
Step 1: Set up your business location
Add your business location to UpBlick by selecting the matching public Google Places listing. Check that the business name, address, map, and Google Review Link belong to the correct location.
Step 2: Choose how customers will open the review flow
You can invite customers to provide feedback through:
- A QR Code Standee at your business.
- An NFC Card that customers tap with a compatible phone.
- A WhatsApp review request.
- An email review request.
- A direct link sent after adding the customer to UpBlick.
Step 3: The customer shares feedback
The customer opens the UpBlick review flow and shares their experience. Customers do not need to create an UpBlick account or download an app.
Step 4: UpBlick organizes the response
The feedback becomes part of your customer and review activity. UpBlick helps you understand what the customer liked, disliked, expected, or needed.
Feedback that needs attention can help your team identify and follow up on customer issues.
Step 5: The customer can continue to Google Reviews
When the configured review flow provides the option, the customer can open the Google Review Link saved for that business location and leave a Google review.
The review is published on Google, not on UpBlick.
Step 6: UpBlick supports follow-ups
If a customer forgets to respond, you can send a review request or reminder through an available channel. Automation can help your team send repeatable requests, reminders, and thank-you messages.
Step 7: Your business learns from the results
Use the Dashboard, Reviews, Customers, Issues, and Analytics areas to understand review activity, customer sentiment, response patterns, and areas for improvement.
You can also use Competitor Tracking and Locations to compare performance and manage several branches.
Example: A customer visits your business

- The customer can continue to the correct Google review page when that option is available.
- Your team monitors the result and uses the feedback to improve.
What information does your team see?
Depending on the customer activity and features you use, your team can work with:
- Customer records and review-request history.
- UpBlick feedback and Google review activity.
- Customer issues that may need follow-up.
- Review, rating, response, and customer trends.
- Campaign and communication activity.
- Location and competitor insights.
