Payment Safety
Last Updated : 03 June 2026
This Payment Safety Policy describes general practices relating to billing, payment processing, and protection of payment-related information in connection with the Services.
1. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by UpBlick directly or through reputable third-party payment processors. Where a third-party payment processor is used, that processor may collect and process payment card or bank information subject to its own terms, privacy notice, and compliance requirements.
- UpBlick seeks to limit its handling of full payment card data where a hosted or processor-managed payment workflow is available.
- Payment transmissions are intended to occur through encrypted channels.
- Third-party processors may maintain their own security and compliance programs, including payment industry obligations applicable to their services.
2. Information We May Receive
We may receive billing contact information, payment status, limited transaction metadata, invoice history, country information, and fraud-screening signals necessary to administer subscriptions, comply with accounting obligations, and support customers.
3. Authorization and Accuracy
By submitting payment information or authorizing charges, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information supplied is accurate and complete.
4. Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription or other recurring service, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the applicable plan, order form, or billing terms unless and until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the governing agreement.
5. Fraud Prevention and Charge Review
We may review transactions and account activity to identify suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, chargeback risk, or violations of our Terms. We may suspend or delay activation of Services while reviewing potentially suspicious activity.
6. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable contract, order form, pricing page, or invoice terms, subject to non-waivable law. Customers should contact us promptly regarding disputed charges so that we may review and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
7. Taxes and Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, bank fees, payment network fees, foreign exchange costs, or similar charges. You remain responsible for such amounts except to the extent prohibited by law or contractually assumed by us in writing.
8. Data Retention and Security
Payment-related records may be retained for billing administration, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance for as long as reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards to protect payment-related information that we store directly.
9. Customer
Billing and payment inquiries may be sent to support@upblick.com.
