Can I generate or export analytics reports?

When the Export Report option is available for your account, you can generate a report using the business location and date range currently selected in Review Analytics.
Export a report
- Select the business location.
- Open Analytics → Review Analytics.
- Set the required date range.
- Review the figures and charts before exporting.
- Select Export Report.
- Save or share the generated report according to your business process.
Reports reflect the filters and period selected at the time of export. Confirm the location and range before sharing a report with a team member or client.

- Ratings and review totals by platform.
- Positive and negative feedback movement.
- Review-request and review-received performance.
- Source contribution and recurring customer topics.
- Priorities for service, communication, or review collection.
