How to Create a WhatsApp Marketing Campaign

Before you start
- Select the correct business location.
- Confirm WhatsApp is connected.
- Choose the right marketing template format.

Step 1: Open the marketing templates
- Open Campaigns > WhatsApp.
- Review the available template cards.
- Use All, Image, or Text to find the right format.
- Choose the correct language.
Step 2: Open the send campaign form
Select Send Campaign on the template you want to use. Then complete the campaign form by adding:
- The campaign name
- The selected audience
- A header image if the template supports it
- Your custom message line
Step 3: Review the preview and send option
Check the preview carefully, then choose whether to Send Now or Schedule. The preview should match the campaign purpose and speak clearly to the selected audience.
