How to Connect Your Google Review Link With UpBlick?
Reviews & Review CollectionConnect your Google Review Link with UpBlick so customers who complete your review collection flow can continue to the correct Google review page for the selected business location.
What the Google Review Link does in UpBlick
The Google Review Link is the destination UpBlick uses when your review collection settings allow customers to continue to Google. It connects review requests, QR codes, NFC cards, and feedback flows to the correct Google review form.
UpBlick does not publish a Google review for the customer. The customer must open Google and submit the review themselves.
Before you connect the link
- Make sure the business location already exists in UpBlick.
- Confirm the business name and address match the Google Business Profile.
- Copy the Google Review Link from the correct Google Business Profile.
- Check that you are editing the right location if your account has multiple branches.
How to connect the link
- Sign in to UpBlick.
- Select the required business location.
- Open Locations from the sidebar.
- Find the location and select Manage.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Paste the Google Review Link into the Review Link field.
- Confirm the Google Map URL belongs to the same location.
- Select Save Changes.
How to get the Google Review Link
If you manage the Google Business Profile, sign in to Google with the account that manages the business. Search for your business or open your Business Profile manager, then look for the option named Ask for reviews, Get more reviews, or similar. Copy the review link provided by Google.
Google may change the exact label or placement of this option, but the goal is the same: copy the direct link that opens the review form for that location.
When UpBlick can add the link automatically
When you add a business in UpBlick by selecting a Google Places result, UpBlick can auto-fill location details and the Google Review Link when available. Always review the saved link before sending review requests or printing QR materials.
Test the connected link
After saving the link, open it in a browser tab and confirm that it leads to the correct Google review form. Check the business name, address, and location before using it in customer-facing workflows.
Test each location separately. Multi-location businesses should not assume one branch’s Google Review Link works for another branch.
Where the connected link is used
Once saved, the Google Review Link can be used when your review workflow sends customers to Google. Depending on your settings, the link may be reached from:
- Review request links sent to customers.
- QR code review journeys.
- NFC card review journeys.
- Feedback flows that offer a Google sharing step.
- AI-assisted review draft flows where the customer chooses to continue to Google.
Review collection mode matters
Your saved Google Review Link is used only when the selected review collection mode includes a Google step. If the location is set to collect feedback for business analysis only, customers may complete feedback in UpBlick without continuing to Google.
To review this setting, open Reviews > Review Settings > Review Collection for the selected location.
Best practices
- Use the link from the exact Google Business Profile location.
- Test the link before launching a review campaign.
- Retest the link after changing a Google Business Profile.
- Review links for all branches in a multi-location account.
- Do not use a competitor, duplicate listing, or old location link.
- Ask customers for honest feedback, not for a specific rating.

Does UpBlick create my Google Review Link?
No. The link belongs to your Google Business Profile. UpBlick stores and uses it to send customers to the correct Google review page.
Can one Google Review Link be used for all locations?
No. Each Google Business Profile location should have its own link. Add the matching link for each UpBlick location.
Will customers need to download an app?

Does connecting the link guarantee more Google reviews?
