Use review reminders in UpBlick when a customer received the original WhatsApp review request but has not completed the journey yet. A reminder helps nudge the customer without restarting the entire request flow.

Before reminders can work well

  • The original review request should already have been sent.
  • Reminder templates should be approved and active.
  • The customer should still be eligible for a follow-up.
  • The reminder timing should not be too aggressive.

Step 1: Prepare the reminder templates

  1. Open Automation > WhatsApp Templates.
  2. Review 1st Reminder, 2nd Reminder, and later reminder tabs as needed.
  3. Choose the right language.
  4. Confirm the templates are approved and active.

Reminder templates should be ready before UpBlick starts sending follow-ups.

Step 2: Review the request status

  1. Open Reviews > Review Requests.
  2. Check the request funnel and reminder activity.
  3. Review whether the original request was sent, opened, or completed.

If the customer already completed the review journey, the reminder sequence should stop.

Step 3: Use automatic reminder timing

UpBlick can send review reminders automatically after the configured delay. This is usually the best way to manage reminders because it keeps the follow-up consistent and avoids sending too early.

Use increasing reminder intervals so the sequence feels natural instead of repetitive.

Step 4: Monitor reminder results

After reminders are active, keep checking whether customers open the message, click through, or complete the journey. That helps you decide whether the current timing is working.

Best practices

  • Start with fewer reminders first.
  • Use softer wording in later follow-ups.
  • Leave enough time between reminders.
  • Stop follow-ups once the customer completes the intended action.

Frequently asked questions

Should I send a reminder right away?

No. Give the customer enough time to respond to the original request before triggering a reminder.

Do reminders use separate templates?

Yes. Reminder messages should use reminder-specific templates instead of repeating the first request exactly.
